予約はどのように行いますか？
How do I make a reservation? -

Please make a reservation through the inquiry form on each tour page. Let us know your preferred date and number of participants.

何日前までに予約が必要ですか？
How far in advance do I need to book? -
原則3日前までのご予約をお願いしています。直前のご希望はお問い合わせください。
We ask that you book at least 3 days in advance. For last-minute requests, please contact us directly.

キャンセルポリシーを教えてください
What is your cancellation policy? -
3日前まで無料、前日50%、当日100%のキャンセル料が発生します。
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are free of charge. 50% fee applies for cancellations made the day before, and 100% fee for same-day cancellations.

No experience is necessary. All experiences are designed for beginners, and our instructors will guide you step by step.

体験中の服装はどうすればいいですか？
What should I wear? -
動きやすい服装でお越しください。一部体験では着物・道着の貸し出しも行っています（各ツアーページにてご確認ください）。
Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Some experiences include kimono or training uniform rentals — please check each tour page for details.
